About this speaker
Pamela is a former global executive with 30 years of demonstrated successful experience in executive leadership, HR/OD, and emotional intelligence coaching. Currently she's an adjunct professor at Western Washington University in the College of Business and Economics and runs a consulting practice. Pamela has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Iowa and a master's degree in public affairs from the University of Washington. She's a certified coach, MBTI instructor, and career counselor. Pamela also writes, leads retreats, and is a trained spiritual director helping people live lives filled with passion, meaning, and purpose. She works weekly on hybrid vignettes at her desk in Port Townsend near the Salish Sea.
