California-born but Appalachian bred, Michelle has been thinking about how to help support communities for her entire life. You can find her as the Director of Employee Training & Development for an Asheville-based software company. She has integrated the Enneagram into the employee experience and how the team communicates, collaborates, and grows. Her dedication to empower, support, and motivate employees is a driving force for her work.

When she’s not enjoying her 9-5, she is a body-positive dance teacher, an avid reader, a volunteer for Planned Parenthood, a cat mom, and taco aficionado.
