Hey there, friend! I'm Kristi Rowles - a mental health therapist turned Enneagram Coach. Most days, you can find me sipping on tea, wearing sassy earrings, binging Schitt's Creeks, and gettin' my yoga on. In the Enneagram world, I'm mostly known for teaching the Enneagram in a way that is easy-to-understand, practical, fun, and driven towards compassion. Having coached 100s of individual and couples clients all over the globe, been a keynote speaker at large events, and led corporate + executive leadership trainings, I'm committed to helping people step into the fullest versions of themselves and finding the freedom and joy that comes with it!
